Pre-launch · taking design partners

The front desk you cannot hire.

Your line rings exactly as it does today. After four rings, the calls nobody got to come to us instead of going to voicemail — answered, priced, booked, confirmed, and chased if they do not turn up.

Keep your number. Live in five minutes. One code undoes it.

What it does

Four things, properly

Not a phone tree with a new voice. A receptionist that finishes the job while the caller is still on the line.

Answers on the fourth ring

Your line rings as it always has. What nobody picks up comes to us instead of to voicemail — in under a second, in English, Spanish or French.

Books into the calendar

Not a message for someone to action tomorrow. The slot is held while the caller is still on the line, and the confirmation goes out before they hang up.

Chases the ones that vanish

A no-show gets a call back the same day with a new time. A cancellation goes to the waitlist before it becomes an empty chair.

Hands over the moment they ask

Any wording — “a person”, “someone real”, silence, confusion. Straight through to your desk, and we never bill for it.

Setup

Three steps, about ten minutes

No integration project. No IT. No settings screens full of toggles you will never open again.

Tell it about the business — out loud

Ten questions, in a conversation. Your hours, what people book, what it costs, who they see, and anything that should never be said. No forms, no settings screens.

Pick a voice by ear

Hear each one say your own greeting. Choose per language, so a Spanish-speaking caller never gets an English voice reading Spanish words.

Dial one code

Unanswered calls divert to us after four rings. Your team always rings first. One code switches it back off, and it takes about thirty seconds.

While you’re open

We only take what nobody reached. If your front desk picks up, we never hear the call.

Once you’re closed

Evenings, weekends and the lunch hour, we take everything — because four rings of nothing is a caller deciding you are shut.

After the call

It does not stop when they hang up

The money is not only in the calls you answer. It is in the appointments that were booked and then quietly fell out of the week.

The no-show call-back

Called back the same day with a new time, before they book somewhere else.

The waitlist gets called

A cancellation becomes a booking instead of a hole in Tuesday.

Tomorrow’s deposits get collected

Found, priced and asked for — while the job is still real to them.

Recalls that actually happen

Six-month reminders that go out instead of sitting on a list.

Live demo

Listen to a ceramic-coating booking, start to finish

A 59-second call for a premium detailing studio — real audio from our own voice stack, with the booking, the quote and the deposit appearing as they happen. Then change the studio and watch the agent change with it.

Businesses where a missed call is a lost job

The call flow is yours. We suggest one for your kind of business and you change whatever you like.

What it will never do

  • Quote a price it cannot source. Only your services, only your prices.
  • Promise what insurance covers. It reads your wording, word for word.
  • Argue, upsell, or keep someone who asked for a human.
  • Record a call in a jurisdiction where that needs consent we do not have.

Reaching a person

  • No three strikes. The first ask hands over.
  • Any wording. English, Spanish or French — straight through.
  • No routing maze. Whoever picks up hears who is on the line and why.
  • Never billed. A transfer costs you nothing, ever.
Our numbers

Measured on this machine, not estimated

Every figure here comes out of the test suite, not a pitch deck.

0.6s

Median time to the first word back, with the voice running locally

909

Tests passing, including the telephony, billing and privacy paths

$0.028

Cost of a minute on the cheapest working configuration

5×

Languages the voice layer covers today: EN, ES, FR, plus two more in the pack

What is not true yet

We would rather you heard this from us than found it out in week two.

  • No live phone line yet. The call engine runs and is tested end to end, but no number has been provisioned and no real PSTN call has been placed.
  • No calendar integration yet. Bookings are written to our own store. Google Calendar, Cal.com and Open Dental are the next build, in that order.
  • Everything else on this page is running — the voice, the turn detection, the pricing engine, the caps, the recovery logic and the app.
Questions

The ones everybody asks

Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number you have been handing out for years. We sit behind it on conditional forward — your phone rings first, every time.
What happens if it does not understand someone?
It transfers. It does not guess, it does not loop, and it does not ask the caller to repeat themselves a third time.
Will my callers know it is not a person?
Yes, if they ask, and in regions that require it we say so up front. We do not build a receptionist whose first act is a lie.
What does it cost when a call goes nowhere?
Nothing. Wrong numbers, sales calls and hang-ups are not appointments, so they are not charged as outcomes. You pay for bookings that were kept.
Can I cap what it can spend?
Every account ships with a monthly cap already on it, and you can lower it. There is no plan where a busy month becomes a surprise invoice.
How quickly can we be live?
The setup conversation is about ten minutes. Dialling the forwarding code is thirty seconds. Most studios are answering real calls the same afternoon.
Talk to us

Tell us what your phone is doing

We read every one of these. If you are a design partner we will call you back on the number you give us — with the thing we are selling you.

Tell us who you are.
Which business is this for?
That does not look like an email address.

No newsletter, no sequence. One reply from a person.
